Grade 1 - Basic Utility - some seepage and damp patches allowed Grade 2 - Better Utility - no water penetration but water vapour allowed Grade 3 - Habitable - dry environment Grade 4 - Special - totally dry environment There are 3 types of waterproofing which can be used to achieve the above grades.
